-An application fee paid to the CID offices or the regional offices.

-Have the finger prints and the palm prints taken.

For a person who is below 18 years of age, they will need the following;

-Original and photocopy of the birth certificate.

-An application fee of kshs.1000.

-Have the finger prints and the palm prints taken .

Most employers will usually demand that the Kenya police certificate of good conduct be no more than three months old. It is thus helpful for one to renew the certificate of good conduct constantly.
